Encima Del Mundo (On Top of the World), is a little mountain haven in the heart of Andalucia aimed at the more discerning clients.
Just 5 minutes from the village shops and bar of Fuente Del Conde, and 20 minutes from Iznajar and its magnificent lake, its location was carefully selected by Karen and Andy for its stunning views and tranquility. The land extends to the highest peak of the mountain on which it sits. Where the olive groves finish the Spanish oak wooded area begins, the clearings offer shaded picnic areas to take in lunch or do some bird watching. If you climb to the top of the mountain, the 360 degree views are absolutely spectacular.

Our traditional beamed Andalucian cottage forms one wing of a large cortijo and offers spacious self catering accommodation, with two en-suite bedrooms. The interior is, of course, tastefully furnished to a high standard.
El Granero
'El Granero' has a separate lounge and kitchen, with one double, and one twin bedroom. Its own patio and BBQ area, complete with furniture, and the shade of a black fig tree compliment the cottage.
The Andalucian kitchen provides oven, hob, fridge, ample utensils, glassware and crockery to make your stay enjoyable. There is also a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, picnic box and games. With these things provided, you only need to bring yourselves and you English tea bags for a wonderful time. We now offer you British TV via satellite!
Pool
We have a 12 meter by 6 meter swimming pool. It is situated in the most stunning position, with views of both the lake, and the surrounding mountains. When ever you are pool side you have exclusive use. If you prefer the shade and a gentle breeze, the Ash tree situated on "mucho brisa," provides just that, it's also a favorite location to sit with your glass of wine to watch the fabulous sunset's
Mucho Brisa
Although we welcome children and the disabled, we feel that we should point out that due to the location of the cottages, there are many steps and steep drops. We wish to keep the area as natural as possible and therefore, there is no fencing. Children could be subject to danger should they stray from designated areas.
